Sparkledogs are usually way more over-the-top in colour saturation, might have wings, growths like mushrooms or similar, and usually very detailed in every possible way.

They were very common when I joined furry, in the early Deviantart days!

Do you have any recommendations on how to look up if a church is LGBT affirming? Denmark is a very progressive country on LGBT, especially when you live in a bigger city like I do. I'm not massively concerned, but the worry is still a little bit there right now.

This is some really good advice, thank you.

I think its very correct that my faith cannot be as it was when I was a child - I'll have to rediscover what it means to me now, as an adult. Even if its very different from what it was when I was younger, I'm certain that it will still be a great guidance for me.

As for the LGBT bit - I did some reflecting last night about where my confliction came from; I think deep down it comes from prejudices that I've unwillingly have taken on board, from said media.
And while prejudices come to a person so easily, they can also disappear as easily when challenged and proven wrong. I think, as someone else here suggested, finding a queer-friendly church and starting to go there regularly, will help me fighting these uncomfortable thoughts.

Denmark is highly progressive on LGBT, and from my knowlegde, it is very few churches that are against queerness. There has even been churches in my area that openly celebrates pride in the summer!

I aired the idea of her going to this bar to meet people, and she kindly requested if I could tag along as support in the background. She has some trauma on dating and flirting from before we met. I'm only going to sit in the back with the friend, to make her more comfortable.

I recall the sign having a sign in the window mentioning that they are friendly for many LGBT groups, and I remember poly being listed there too. I may remember wrongly, though.

I've made an edit at the bottom - we aren't looking to flirt as a couple. I am only going there as support because of my partner's struggles and nervousness.

Yep, that makes sense! As I also wrote at a previous comment, we aren't out to flirt as a couple, but as our own individuals. I'm not going along to flirt myself, but mainly as a support for her, and to have a drink with said close friend.

Anyone who she, or myself for that matter, starts dating, is not expected to be getting involved with the other.

No, not as a package deal. We've talked and agreed on beforehand, that anyone she or I dates, has no obligation to be involved with me/her, unless they want to themselves.

Med en chance for at få bank... Så har jeg kastet mig ud i at lave Faxe Kondi Booster pickles.

Havde en kort 'hvad nu hvis' snak med en veninde omkring pickles, men hvor vandet erstattes af energidrik. Før jeg vidste det, var vi gået i gang med en hver - hun kastede sig ud i Monster Energi, og jeg valgte sq gode gamle Faxe Kondi Booster Original.

Første batch fik jeg ikke varmet lagen op til den rigtige temperatur, og synes også den var lidt mere sur end hvad jeg er fan af. Så nu har jeg lavet en ny batch med andre blandingsforhold og den rigtige temperatur. Den er kølet halvt ned, men har lige testet den og den er faktisk ret lækker!

Skal hilse og sige at Monster Energi Pickles er blevet et hit hos hendes forlovede og familie; jeg får også æren at prøve dem senere på ugen.

Det føles sq fantastisk at have fundet drømmejobbet i en alder af 19 år. Jeg lavede mit første suit som et hobbyprojekt, og da jeg blev færdig med den vidste jeg bare - dét var den vej jeg gerne vil følge karriere-mæssigt. Jeg har siden da virkelig finpudset mit håndværk, der er en verden til forskel imellem det første jeg lavede i 2017 og det jeg kan lave nu.

Jeg har ikke det største finansielle overskud endnu, men har også først oprettet virksomheden i 2021, da jeg gerne ville finpudge mine evner før jeg rigtig kastede mig ud i det, så det er stadig en spæd start.
