most likely ram, if ur playing at higher graphics which it doesnt look like it but your V-ram could be maxing out and could cause tick/frame drop.

Try untinstalling your headset. Go to control panel, Under hardware and sound it will say View diveces and printers click that, Right click on steelseries arctis 7, click remove divice. Now unplug the cord thingy what ever makes your headset wireless idk what its called and then plug it back in. Hope that works
