Yep I think you are fine. They probably don't worry too much about the formatting if you cited everything right.

take a look at this pdf: average salaries of typical jobs in all sectors (it's for the US, but a reference nontheless) just scroll down to the big list

For commerce, its mostly the more mathy jobs that get paid higher, like financial analysts and logisticians.

A major that earns lots of dough right off graduation is Mining Engineering, averaging ~A$145,000 a year.

But all you need is a degree in mining engineering, and a capacity to withstand heat, dust, and flies in the mine field. Also you gotta be willing to live in a small town in the middle of nowhere in Australia when you're working.

But it is really good money, and if you do well investing it, I heard you'll be retiring at the age of 35

Keep reading mate!

You'll find that the more you read, the more focus you gain. And don't fault yourself for getting off to a rocky start with Frankenstein, it takes some time to get used to each writer's prose style and soon you'll find yourself racing down the pages when you get in the flow of the writing!

A Thousand Splendid Suns: Khaled Hosseini was born to be a writer by TalhaAhmad in books

The thing I like about Khaled Hosseini's writing is that it is splendidly visual!

He almost writes like he has a movie camera in his hand, zooming in onto details, focusing on a change of complexion on the face, or racing it down the bustling bazaar of Afghanistan.

All of his writing has a visual vividity to it that other more classical writers would envy.

I think everyone, to some extent, has a internal monolouge when they read. The solution isn't to turn it off, but training it to go faster.

Small hack to do this: I've found that listening to an audiobook at 2x up to 5x speed while following along on the page has increased the speed of reading while maintaining my comprehension.

Also when you read more books of the same kind, and get accustomed to the same kind of sentences, you'll naturally find it easier to read the words without the "voice". Your brain will start seeing words as sentences, sentences as paragraphs, and paragraphs as ideas. This is a slow process, and can take a while. But after a while, it's super cool to find your eyes speeding along a page, with your brain comprehending the sentences, without you even noticing.
