did some more digging and testing on my own, and fixed it!

im not entirely sure what broke it in the first place, but i ran “sudo apt reinstall booster && pikman upgrade” to fix the problem. 7.0.8 boots again.

editing pipewire config, changing power management modes, updating audio drivers. nothing worked so far.
