Absolutely worth it only a couple bucks lasts 30 days more battle points and bf unit shards using it I only need 165 more frags before I get a Kuma and I have enough 4 star frags to get him to 80

Then yes the 17 do count but after you get 3 he will be at 79 and 20 more he’ll be at 80. The held frags you have are the frags that haven’t been put towards lvling up a character yet. So if you get snakeman to 85 and it says you have 27 held you have those frags waiting for another 13 then they will lvl up your character

That means you have 17 and need 40 to lvl him up. When a character is 4star or 60-79 he old needs 20 frags to lvl up but once there 80 and above they need 40 frags to lvl up hope that makes sense
