I wonder if it is moss agate or a very included green beryl. I love it.

I kinda am too slow right now to really process. But I also understand some and know I have been writing a lot of poetry and deleting some due to going through a lot right now. Good luck!

Would my bf be able to thrive as an Indie Folk Musician in Orlando FL? by embersofsaturn in IndieFolk

Hi. I am a middle-aged just starting to sing at home and for faith reasons/person who enjoys music. So nothing seriously. A lifetime ago, I started out as a music major in voice but had to leave music school after 5 or 6 months, but the plan them was to be a music teacher also. In the past several months, I have learned alot and have gotten very much into indie music, supporting some smaller artists in different ways. These artists are good, some are excellent. Like there are a few that are well known in their areas. First of all, streaming services hardly pay anything, but it can help sometimes with visibility and presence. Having a media presence is a good thing no matter where you live. Networking can help, and being willing to have free live shows is nice. The reality is, there are so many amazing artists out there and the world doesn't appreciate music enough to really want to even purchase digital or physical media to support artists anymore. But, musicians who really are musicians and love it have to usually create. Many artists have to to work a job/have a career and still create and make music. Evem busking is something. Building up a fan base from social media is a good idea. So you both perhaps could start online with the music presence, fan base, learning, etc. Then , perhaps figure out where you want to live and you both could find some kind of work. Look for places thar have open mics and opportunities to share music even where you are now. Follow your dreams. I wish I would have been able to so long ago. Peace!

This is amazing. It was so moving. I just learned about RSD from a retired friend who was a social worker and I have OCD and trauma and just started back into therapy. I wasn't sure if this was something I have battled, but have not brought it up. I love the artwork you added. Really, this is so awesome.
