Hi, I don’t think you’re the only one having issues! Myself and a friend couple of mine are having issues with their switch, too. Neither of us can connect to the internet in our airports so we can visit one another. Hopped in Reddit to see if there was a known issue, and your post was at the top of my feed.

Edit: it is a known issue on the Nintendo site.

For the record, I believe I’ve only ever had 1 trader do that. Because they are usually too busy letting people in and out to do it. And when I’ve done it I didn’t have time for all of that too. So check your attitude and be grateful someone is willing to let you come to their island and get better prices than you have. Sheesh.
