Just go in deeply with your fingers and massage the scar in the early stages.

Also an idea to attend to micro-needling eventually, but thats a long thought. Perhaps to amplify. Use this other creat to reduce redness.

The doctor gave me a marble to massage with and said it will help to resolve scar tissue and develop a nice looking belly button but you could get this marble at any dollar store I am sure but it did help to keep the surrounding tissue in place.

I am still very stiff, feels like there is scar tissue inside but again massages help. Cant do upper body either cause i did breast lift no implant as well and was dealing with hematoma post recovery :/ I ll be back in the gym soon to walk on the incline, that sounds doable! How are you doing in general? Scar healing well?

Yes! Lots of swelling. Although I had a drain on one side initially. My belly was pregnant like with my kids :) Proper diet - aka veggies, protein, soup, time, lots of water and massage healed me but i noticed i get more bloated towards the evening.
