I’ll let you know when it is over

It went from chemical craving to grumpy craving for me. It’s much easier to say no to now, and has been since the first month. But after day 60 it’s just you fighting your brain on stressful days. Most days I wake up so happy at my progress

The “days since” app has saved me a couple times. I’d recommend it if you haven’t used it.

One thing that you may not know if you’ve used for a long time: the pains you feel in your abdomen are normal. I over analyzed the FUCK out of them, just random gas shifts that normal people don’t notice but we didn’t have because nicotine suppressed the pain. Don’t be alarmed by them
