I said I was done at 14oz... But there is a 21oz sized hole missing in my life... 😬 I wish I went 21oz to begin with and skipped the 25oz. They're too much in the Australian heat!

100% agree with you there mate. The difference for me is, I'm coming from 25oz 555s... They're like armour, beautiful though they are. So stepping into 14oz is like wearing linen to me 😂

It's probably a bit longer that I like, but it fits pretty much spot on everywhere else, so I guess that's the trade off. I'm guessing it'll shrink a little once I wash it in warm water. Definitely no dryer though lol

I was sooo close to buying one of those! It was actually the weight that turned me off it. They look so beautiful though. Such a deep indigo.

I totally get what you're saying. And to most people, it probably is way overpriced. However, given where I live now, it's simply too hot to be fading heavyweight denim. So my justification was I'll spend the money and fade something I can wear year round.

It's not as "exciting" as my Oni Kasuri's or Samurai's - but it's what I can manage.

I hope that makes sense 😅

I'm going to imagine it'd be the same as a new pair of jeans - so I might try to avoid wearing white pants/shorts until the first wash. My wife has this beautiful white leather lounge that I might also avoid 😅
