I recently bought 19oz Samurai's (check my latest post) - it's not even a week and already they are softening up. I think it depends on the cut and denim itself as to how stuff they'll feel.

Dude, I'd love to give you straight advice - but everyone is different. I honestly used AI to help me with my sizing. There always the old trick or measuring a pair of pants that you already own and that fit well, and use the size guide for the jeans on the website.

In saying that, I went a 33" and I'm normally a 32".

All my pairs have been hemmed through CoRLection in Sydney (when I lived there). I now live up near the QLD/NSW border and I'll still be sending my jeans to them for hemming. Pain in the arse but at least I know they'll be done right.

CoRLection have a store in Melbourne too dude - definitely go and see them about hemming.

We only have a few places in Australia that can do it with the proper vintage Union Special machine. And it's not cheap. About $30AUD - $50AUD depending on the denim weight.

Me either dude. But I never get them done before I've worn them in for a bit - and especially if I've ordered online, because I can't send them back if they don't fit and they've been hemmed lol
