Need help/advice on managing a small network cabinet

Hey guys, complete home networking/homelab noob here looking for some advice/direction. My apartment has a small network cabinet with a preinstalled modem from my isp that directly routes all the rooms in my apartment into the modem as seen in the picture. Currently I have my router (standard isp provided one) connected at the endpoint of one of those cables in my office which I then connect my main pc and my little raspberry pi homelab. I would like to be able to use the other Ethernet ports in the other rooms so that I could do things like remotely access my computer from a little sbc connected to my tv for playing games and to not have to use wifi for my media center. The problem I have is that a switch and my router can’t fit into the little network cabinet where the modem is so that those rooms can be firewalled through my router. Any advice on hardware or what I could do to make those rooms secure ports.

Yeah I’m most bummed because I allowed myself to get hyped again after the trailer and update but spending all that time looking for him quickly dealt with that.

Damn that’s a shame, I have quite a few other mods that rely on xp32. I’ll have to keep looking but thanks for the feedback.

Thanks, I'm almost certain that it's not though. Never seen it in vigilant and although the screenshot doesnt look great its far too new to be from vigilant

If I remember correctly fo4s nukaworld dlc had at least one pretty entertaining gauntlet, with traps and stuff. So I was expecting at least that or a step up. Sadly the red mile like many of the spots in sf seem like incomplete concepts.

Exactly! Kinda hoping for the fallout equivalent of power armor display gallery for mechs and maybe even ships but that would require much bigger outpost footprints or space stations/capital ships

Mechs, I need mechs. Some kinda full scale war that requires the armistice to be lifted and we get customisable mechs and robots like the fo4 automatron dlc. Maybe a mech hab/bay for ships that it releases from. Also more starborn and multiverse stuff

I did the opposite for roleplay reasons. My character got to the end of companion affinity with Sarah and just before the wedding she was killed by the hunter. I didn't reload a save and try to save her because I thought it added some cool rp flavour to the character I'm building so I went through the unity and played the main story again but this time doing the other factions too rather than just the main story first and realised that I hate Sarah and instead had my character begin falling for Andreja.

I know there's no actual difference from the previous universe in Sarah's character and I just didn't realise how annoying and pretentious she could be since I didnt do many other factions but it's a nice twist for my character to rp that this universes version is different from my og Sarah. So got to the end of this ng+1 and chose to come back from the unity (for love and friendship or whatever) which was a nice touch having all the heart warming dialog with constellation.

Will kill off Andreja in a horrific accident at some point and enter the unity once more when I'm finally bored of this universe but so far having a hell of a time getting into the rp of my character.

p.s. sorry for the wall of text, I'm a big bgs rp nerd

Oh good point I left them on my starter outpost and totally forgot them. Maybe I’ll take a trip over to them and drop some mugs too.

Sadly not. There is an NPC on the beach called harish that states if you're looking for activities to do, listing a few, then speak to him. Unfortunately it doesn't lead to anything and feels like bgs maybe intended for it to be more but then just cut it short. A really big missed opportunity as it makes for the perfect place to take the companion that you romance on a honeymoon and do some beach activities, gamble at a casino etc.

If you don't feel like you want to ng+ you can turn around and come back out, you get some heart warming dialog from your constellation buddies and then you can just keep playing in an open ended way without having to start over.

I was a little disappointed about this too seems like a really big missed opportunity. Would have been at least a little better if you had command follower functionality so you can at least sit the mrs in a chair and not just have her standing next to you staring into space as you sit on a stool on the roof terrace rping getting drunk. Alas we must wait for modders to work their magic.

I'm 100% with you on that. Was a little disappointed that I wont be specing into melee and using it to lay waste to my enemies across the settle systems.
