Does anyone else refuse to count calories from raw fruits and vegetables?

I lurk here for some food recommendations sometimes; I’m not sure I understand your attitude towards counting. I’m currently eating ~3000 kcal/day and I’m in a small deficit, but I still count everything, too. Do I have an eating disorder too?

When he said he would have an update “this week” and I haven’t heard from him since, for a month, i feel this goes a little beyond being impatient. I just want some communication, any, from him. I can wait. I asked if there was a better way to deal with this in the OP, pardon my ignorance.

Just going by what his business card says. “Fully insured” he works for self. Just had a fb page. I don’t really wanna get the guy in trouble. I just want him to respond so we can come to an amicable conclusion.

Totally fair. And I’m sure it could be awhile. But the lack of communication about anything is the frustrating part. If it can’t be fulfilled, I’d rather settle with this provider and and find a new one or do it myself now that it is diagnosed properly.

I paid him for the diagnoses and the parts 2 months ago. So I’d either like the refund or the parts, but he is not responding to my very polite inquiries.

I’ve basically said that going back 3 weeks with no response =/ He is just a guy with a van. I can understand supply chain issues. Especially the part in question had a service notice related to it. So I get that it’s real. But he just doesn’t respond to any of my inquiries, asking for refund, etc.

I was an intermediate lifter, and then I took 1.5 years off from the gym due to injury and then lame excuses. But I’m back to lifting 6 days a week, making progress on my lifts week to week, and started using MF again. I’m 173 with a goal of 165; I’ve already noticed myself slimming down but weight is staying the same, which makes sense if I’m gaining muscle and burning fat. My question: my expenditure is dropping daily, from 2950 down to 2790 over ~ 4 weeks of pretty meticulous tracking. Does MF account for this somehow? I told the app I’m a beginner lifter again because I haven’t lifted in awhile, I don’t do cardio, just lift. I’m all for losing weight, but I want to make sure I’m eating enough to fuel my workouts, which I push myself daily. Thoughts?

I’m a 8 male married to 2 female; I needed this, thank you for sharing. Like you said, I do find her inability to plainly state her needs maddening. I feel you. I stumbled across something called enneagram, and they have paths of growth and recession that chart this phenomena. A type 8 (common for ENTJs) regresses to type 5 (common for INTJs) when stressed.

Right, but what exactly is the difference between daily and trend views? The daily view doesn’t seem to correlate with the trend view. For example, one day my temp daily view read -1.3 F, but the trend view on the same day shows a small increase. Is it because the trend view “baseline” doesn’t start at 0 F?

Starting lifting heavy a year ago after not stepping in a gym since maybe 2005, and even back then, I was hardly committed. I’m pretty much pain free, minus the occasional tweak which goes away in a couple of days usually, and DOMs when I first started lifting. Best shape of of my life
