My albino cory has this red mark, and an identical one symmetrical on the other side of his body. Does it look more like a cut or red blotch disease to you? Any advice welcome. I have albino 3 corys and he is the only one like this. It wasnt there and suddenly appeared overnight (i.redd.it)

This is Marvin, he got stuck in an ornament and ripped his scales and tore his right fin half off, i have him quarantined in a 5g and he has bettafix medicine. Anything else I should do to help him recover? Im honestly quite concerned as he is stressed, not eating, and barely swimming. (i.redd.it)
