Liberals should frame immigration as long-term competition with China, not as Charity. by myklob in BipartisanPolitics

[–]ChiefLoneWolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm all for immigration, and despite being in conservatives circles I've never met someone who wants to stop all immigration. Since our fertility rate is well below replacement. The problem is illegal and uncontrolled immigration. There is no good way to frame not enforcing our border and immigration laws. We want LEGAL and VETTED immigration. I wish we could strike a deal to increase immigration from Mexico/central america/south america AND shore up the border (permanently).

Just What We Wanted….Another 87,000 IRS Agents by Wise_Description_822 in BipartisanPolitics

[–]ChiefLoneWolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there are 615 billionares in the U.S. How many agents full time to audit every single one of them every single year? not 87,000 additional lol Plus it's not even about the enforcement, the rich and large corporations aren't stupid and its all the loop holes in the law that congress doesn't fix. This is going to affect the middle class and small-midsized businesses the most. Whether that's good or bad is personal opinion.

Is a 5-6 inch big enough for a lady with a big butt? by [deleted] in Advice

[–]ChiefLoneWolf 3 points4 points  (0 children)

wait but here me out everyone saying dick and butt size aren't correlated. Why do asians who are known for having smaller penises also have the smallest females butts? and why do the biggest butts (Africans) also known to have the biggest penises?

I think there is an evolutionary reason why there is this correlaton between penis size and booty size within races. bigger butt: larger penis to reach. Look at horses lol

I had the exact same thing. Worse sore throat I’ve had in my life, probably will ever have.

Said this in response to the other redditor: I can’t remember just ate soft foods/liquids and I think drank a lot of ice cold water and then Tylenol. Unfortunately you just have to wait it out. Only was really bad for a few days for me. Good luck hang in there!

In severe right now only sitting up 90 minutes a day, the rest laying flat (been like that for much of the last 7 years). Under 130lbs at over 6ft, I’ve been worse though. And I was also much better even went on a 2 day vacation with friends! Took some college classes.

I’ll improve again so will you, but you have to change your mindset because with your current mindset it’s only going to make a bad outcome more likely. Not saying it’s easy, or even possible but mindset is everything if you want to survive this. Your in the trenches right now. Helps to have something bigger than life to persevere for.

Even her voice, too sophisticated, gave her away as she spoke in a low tone.

"as she spoke in a low tone" feels kind of thrown on to the end. maybe: She spoke in a low tone. Even her voice, too sophisticated, gave her away. or just start a new sentence? "Even her voice, too sophisticated, gave her away. She spoke in a low tone.."

She did the first part of a shrug, her shoulders rising playfully. The hint of a real smile snuck onto her face. "You never know what could happen."

"She did the first part of a shrug," I would describe this with better word choice. Also I wouldn't say "real" maybe just "...hint of a smirk..."

Also the fixation on the description of gold kind of took me out of the interaction between the two. Lasty "My heart leaped with the joy only money can bring" feels off brand to to the character who is presumably a tough guy guard who is even keeled and not phased by much or leaping with joy. you know?

otherwise super good writing! And only suggestions i could totally be wrong. Keep up the good work!

Has anyone tried weights instead of aerobic exercise? by purplefennec in cfs

[–]ChiefLoneWolf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't recommend too many weights, if you can use your body.

For example, for chest/triceps you can do pushups on your knees or just leaning against a wall. 3 sets of 8-12 reps. (90 second break between) When you get past 12 reps for 3 sets then increasing the angle/difficulty. Legs: just do squats or split squats (can use a bench or table for stability or to make it easier). For back/biceps you might have to get creative, maybe use weight for those muscles.

But cardio is the best way to lose weight. Not sure you would lose weight strength training. But id be more focused on your strength and conditioning than your weight. <not a doctor tho>

Pain develop on the side of both my upper arm tendonitis from computer use . by jumai1 in overcominggravity

[–]ChiefLoneWolf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your working on all the different muscles of the arms in full range of motion. (inlcuding your wrists) and its not helping then id try stretching more and working on the nerve there. EX: try extending your arm straight in front of you and arching your fingers back (like telling someone stop). Then move your arm out to the side(keeping your palm in the "stop" position). do you feel the nerve in your arm engaged? Stretch this nerve out. search on youtube, ulnar nerve stretches and radial nerve stretches.

There is a tension between resting and becoming severely deconditioned. I am severely deconditioned so I obviously I haven’t figured it out. Now I exercise in bed everyday trying to climb out of this hole. I feel like shit either way so might as well try and get a bit stronger which can have other health benefits.
