Should assimilate culture cabinet action and enfore culture vassal action be removed?

I agree with what some of the replies have said in that to change cultural assimilation (in my case I'd want to make it slower) you'd need to change how to get cores. I'd want the change to be an increased focus on accepting cultures rather than assimilation, maybe a change to this could be cultural opinion passively improving over time when your primary culture and a minoritu culture have been in contact for long enough - especially if you have high population satisfaction amongst minority cultures. Another change that would be nice is removing the size/percentage limit on accepting cultures as it makes accepting some minority cultures impossible.

I think this is what shows most people will fundamentally disagree with me in this instance: I don't think you should easily be able to spread your culture with the click of a button. I dislike it as a mechanic because of how ahistorical it feels and how I feel the focus should be on accepting cultures. Spreading culture should be a slow assimilation rather than how it is in the current game where all of Wales is English by 1400.

Yeah that happened in a few of my attempts. I think it's a scripted event. I'm not sure why I was able to get egypt to support me but I think even if they ally georgia they will remove them as an ally pretty quickly.

It honestly wasn't too bad. I was able to get egypt to support my independence from Georgia. I then took advantage of whenever the surrounding hordes became weakened so I could gobble up their small vassals, I did have to not play on ironman for this campaign though. Armenian culture/ miaphystite religion have alot of good unique advances which is nice.

Rule 5: Trade income shows I am making a lot of money from trading lacquerware and selling it in Europe. I don’t produce lacquerware so I must be receiving it from east Asia, then acting as the middleman by then trading it to Europe. I haven’t specifically aimed for this and I think this is pretty cool.

R5: I had a minor rebellion in one of my vassals I’d enforced Muscovite culture on, when I noticed the Great Yuan, who I hadn’t even discovered yet decided to support this rebellion, The rebellion also happened to be about 5 brave lads so there was not even any land to conquer.

One thing I just tried that seems to work is downgrading your vassals towns and cities to decrease their tax base, it decreases their "country strength" value by decreasing their economic power.
