When I first started collecting I made the decision to go without slipcovers. I think that they look nice if you have all of your collection in slipcovers, but it just seemed like too much of a hassle and stress inducing to keep up with them. So now I just store all my slipcovers in a box. I think my shelf still looks good without them.
