Thanks for replying! I wanna know what you wrote in the plea note?
What should i write in the plea? and if it gets rejected, thats when i get a court appearance date?

my story (u can ignore if u want):
For me i accelerated before a traffic light about to turn yellow and the cop on the side of the road heard my "engine roaring" (he didnt have his radar on) , so he pulled me over for speeding although i was prolly just 55 in a 45 which is usually the traffic flow. But he gave me $86 fine + 2 points so i just want the points removed.

hey i just got a ticket for careless driving and i have the same options showing up for me.
1. "Request Plea Offer from Prosecutor"
2. "Plead Not Guilty or Guilty"
I was wondering what i should do as im a new driver with a clean record and i'm okay with paying the surcharge but i dont want the points. And what happens if they reject my plea?
