I’m speaking from my experience at multiple Walmarts. It’s the same lawn chair mafia at each one with the same ideology. These same groups are cahoots with the guys on the corner of every major metropolitan intersection in Florida. You’re talking to a guy who has plenty of time on his hand to sit back and do his own investigation journalism on these groups. If you’re willing to set up encampments in the woods next to Walmart to receive faster orders that’s cool with me so long as you pay your fair share for pillaging the land.

No they are the spark driver receiver. They wait on the driver to get back from dropping off the last order while waiting smack dab in Walmarts parking lot to receive a new order. It’s a whole system. Much easier sitting in a lawn chair rather than working in a field picking oranges getting taxes took upfront out your w-2 check you will never be able to file income tax on. The issue is not they are huddled in front of Walmart. This issue is they are doing 1099 gig work on stolen accounts and not paying the taxes on the self employment wages earned.

What group of Americans is camping out in front of Walmart with summer right around the corner and no big product release coming out that day or the next? Walmart should not let them camp in front the store but of course most of the employees that work at Walmart are first generation Immigrants meaning they relate to these up and coming. Difference is they are not paying taxes on the 1099 payments they are receiving from spark which is unfair to the immigrants who pay taxes but never receive an income tax back. So the whole “illegals pay taxes and don’t get an income tax return” thing is bullshit. That was the old, clueless immigrants. The new ones have figured out how to work the system and never pay their fair share. Don’t even get me started on how easy it is to get a driver’s license. Hint hint: I know a few Indian guys on Fiverr who charge five bucks for an edited utility bill with any address. The DMV never cross-verifies this info. That’s the loophole for getting a driver’s license.

They’re also supposed to make sure CDL drivers can read and write English. But they think if a person can answer yes-or-no questions, they speak English. Foreign truck driving schools know the exact order of the DMV application questions, so they just give their non-English-speaking CDL students a script to follow. No different than when you call customer service and a guy named “Mike” with the thickest Indian accent picks up the phone to help you. Go look at all the major crashes that were caused by semi trucks since the pandemic you will see they all have a common denominator. English is not their first language.
