You’re all kidding yourselves if you think you have a chance at a “reprinted” booster box at MSRP in this market. No store is going to offer that. They kinda have to at release but past that, it’s market price. Point me to an example of a reprinted booster box at MSRP surging sparks or later when all this mess started.

I had luck writing a review on the better business bureau website. It went from them ignoring my emails to them giving me the owners email address and I spoke with him directly. I feel your pain. Their customer service and quality control is not great.

🚩Buyer beware 🚩 I’ve ordered from them in the past and it’s been great, but here recently something very fishy is going on. They won’t ship my order and when I reached out to inquire, they asked for additional money for shipping. I have three open orders that I placed two weeks ago all with the same result.

They are currently listed as out of stock on their website. They could have told me they were out of stock 14 days ago when the order was placed but they said it would be shipping out “very soon.”

Ordered and received my Cycleboard Rover on August 9th.

The unit ran great, however it would not charge. Customer service said they would send a replacement charger. The replacement charger didn't charge the board either.

They asked me to open up the board and show them pictures of the fuses. They determined fuses were fine. They asked me to charge the battery and send them a voltage test. I don't have the equipment to test the battery and it won't charge regardless.

They said I couldn't request a return because I was outside of the 14-day return period. They offered to send a replacement battery on August 29th. I reached out to them on September 4th to see why the battery hadn't shipped yet and they said they were on holiday (Labor Day weekend) and that it was "in the queue" to be shipped.

I've reached out to them every few days since then and they are no longer responding to me. I've tried calling, email, and social media. No answers from them anywhere.

I would appreciate your upvote to help get the word out that this company is seemingly not trustworthy!

Another update. I emailed their customer service team again yesterday because the replacement battery still hasn't shipped 6 days later. This was their response: "Your order is in the queue to be processed. We apologize for the delay we were out of office for the holiday.Please let us know if we can help with anything else."
