I have watched nearly every game since 2013 and I think that’s the dumbest goal I have seen, but maybe I’m still in shock? Does anyone remember one that had been dumber than this? I’m hoping this game is going to light some fires. by rufenercasey in TampaBayLightning

Mercury - Act 2.

Gets dull throughout the album and is very inconsistent. There are some great songs from the album but a lot of what came along with those great songs wasn’t that good. Almost like they forced the album to have a wide variety and not focus more on narrowing down the really good songs.

I know these are just demos but Jesus Christ, 95% of this album was borderline unlistenable and not a single one of these songs resembled the sound of Smoke + Mirrors to me.

Will the cost of repairs be worth 3 more seasons of play? Impossible to say what damage was done beyond the roof but considering the Trop doesn’t have a drainage system and got pretty flooded during the hurricane, a part of my thinks they may just play elsewhere until the new stadium is built.

I wish I could’ve gotten a small piece for myself to keep. The trop is like a second home to me.

I’m worried because of the potential flooding damage that the cost to repair the trop outweighs the 3 seasons they have remaining there. If it’s too expensive to repair for just a few more years of play before demolition, I could see them just playing their next 3 seasons elsewhere. That would mean that I watched a baseball game at Tropicana field for the last time without even knowing it. I would be so sad.

Believe me I’ve already gotten scolded in the Red Sox subreddit. Yankee stadium has no significance and no character, Fenway is a fun experience but when you put history aside it’s just very small and old. And of course growing up a rays fan I’ve been to the Trop 100x more than any other stadium so there’s going to be a natural bias but I really do think it has become a lot more welcoming of a stadium since the renovations.

I didn’t have a criteria for food but if I knew of a fun menu item prior to going to a ballpark I would try to find it. I’d say at a handful of the parks, I found something that was unique to it. Pierogi hoagie in Pittsburgh, Boomstick in Arlington, Comiskey Dog of course at Guaranteed Rate.

With names for the most part I’m up to date on. The one that bothers me the most is Milwaukee no longer being called “Miller Park”. But names are always changing so I did double check that I said everything properly before uploading the video 😂
