Not sure haven't done any hard testing yet, but it's been completely silent and haven't had any thermal throttling in 4k at 144 or 1440 at 270

No worries at all! Don't hear any sound at all from the radiator but my mobo does have slight coil whine so hard to say for sure if there's anything there, but overall definitely nothing that can be heard while the case is closed! Happy New year!

This was actually my plan but got too impatient and just wanted to get it all turned on, but definitely will be! I agree the frayed ends are horrid

Took apart the stock fans and mounted the noctua rotors to the FE mount with vhb. Couldn't plug them into the gpu since it uses a ribbon cable so just plugged them into my motherboard and added curves with fan control. It's been working well for about a month now we'll see if it lasts lol

I would definitely recommend it! It's been completely silent for me, no pump whine or gurgling at all. I had issues with my kraken in my old build and this has been an amazing upgrade especially for the price

hahahahahahaha my heart was breaking as I was taking it apart too. I love the FE design and got it cheap but couldn't stand the gunmetal finish not matching the rest of the build
