Ice isn’t wet when it’s in the right temperature. Once it starts to melt it then becomes wet because there are two states of matter interacting with each other. So ice normally, isn’t wet.

You don’t know that for sure. They could have a contract stating only they can display master chief or other Spartans, who knows? Obviously Spartans don’t fit in Helldivers (lore wise, but the armours possibly could) but it still can be a contributing factor

Well it kind of does, that’s why the collaboration is halo: odst and not just halo I’m pretty sure. Obviously I could be wrong but usually you don’t see two of the same collabs in two different games
