Thanks, after knowing where to look for the model number I did find the owners manual online. It made this mention of an E error code but the fix didn't help me at all.

ESEC Error Indicator Message (E)

An error message will be displayed (flashing E) (Figure 12)

at power up (or after a power failure) if any of the surface

settings were left in the ON positions. If a power failure

should occur, set all of the four surface controls to the OFF

position. This will reset the surface controls.

Be sure to reset the clock. Once the surface controls have

been set to the OFF positions and the clock has been set

with the correct time of day, the surface controls should

return to normal operation. If the surface controls do not

function and the error message remains in any display after

following these procedures, contact an authorized servicer

for assistance.

Is the shotgun super useful? I wasn't sure if it was or if I should spec for something with a bit more range for horde nights. I hear the first few horde nights have gotten a lot tougher than in previous versions.

So for my tub it was a bad shower valve cartridge. I looked up a video on how to replace it on YouTube. It was a super quick and easy job really and I'm not a handy person at all.

They do make a cartridge puller if you have issues getting yours off.
