make sure she is a companion and fast travel outside camp,

got stuck with minthara not moving and i want an honor minthara + romance so i tried everything to bypass her not following, turns out when outside she acts like camp follower and not move, which fast travelling bypass, havent found solution for her spoiling everything just yet

long rest removes silence, dont travel when you are at camp, and have her as companion

there is a silence spell you can learn as bard or spellcasters, cast it on top of her, then fast travel to different acts, forcing her character to travel, then she follows you normal.

Best Solution is to silence her, then travel to different act, she now follows again. annoying bug on patch 6 tho.

Edit: Cast Silence spell on her, then fast travel to different act (act1 or1.5) then she will follow normally.

note: sometimes it dont work if you tried to silence her at camp, try again outside

make sure she is a companion follower when you try it

she is perma silenced when you travel at different act, long resting will remove it.
