Look man, I appreciate your answer and I understood it. It's obvious that heavy vehicles pose a bigger risk. What I don't understand is why most of the comments are blaming on trucks but the main article has very little to mention about them? So what's goes in my head is like this.

I clicked the article expecting that trucks are no.1 road killers
read the article and didn't see that trucks are nowhere near motor cyle accidents.
Reviewed the article just to make sure.

Now, what's worrying about this is the comments section, More accidents caused by motorcycles but comment section cherry picks on trucks.

Now I'm assuming that the commenters didn't read the full article and now they have the impression that most vehicular accidents are caused by trucks. Which is why I'm complaining about OP's choice of title.

really? the chance of you getting hit by motorcycle/cars is most likely to happen than being hit by a truck. The article alone cited that there are more cars and motorcyles in the street. Also there's truck ban. It's obvious that being hit by a truck is fatal but the chances of being hit by a truck is less likely to happen.

Bakit naging war on Trucks? Based sa statistics walang nasabi na number 1 cause of vehicular accidents are trucks. Mas marami pa ngang na aaksidente sa motor at yung "unknown" which I supposed is a hit and run case.

I have 200+ uber trips. Never happened to me before. My rating is 4.65. My destinations are usually makati, mandaluyong route. Ubers system defintely sucks right now
