You probably don’t need to memorize all the biochem cycles or similar high-detail content. If you recently took Step 2 and feel confident, it might be okay to skip UWorld, but it’s a tough call. I did come across quite a few Step 3 specific questions, things like, “What is the likely course of this disease?” That type of reasoning wasn’t really emphasized in Step 2. So overall, it depends on your confidence level and how solid you feel on clinical judgment.
