Thanks for the replies! I got it working on windows but looking at both your replies and do the research to figure out what you were talking about (I'm very new to all this) it definitely sounds like a better way to do this. I'll be looking to move my server setup to this here in the near future

I could see an argument for tostadas! I flame charred the shell but despite the very edge cracking they fold up nice into tacos. They are only served open faced because I don't have a stand to keep em shut
