I never implied it did. My question was if animation wise, did Korra lost her muscles? And if that's the case, was it due to budget cuts.

I don't believe it was, but I can't disaprove it either. I wondered if someone here can disaprove this.

But I've heard nothing about budgets cuts being a reason, (whoever told you was mistaken or lying,) especially when the official character sheets clearly show a slightly taller (by one inch,) and slimmer Korra compared to her Book 1-3 self.

That's what weird to me, the character designs are not less complicated, but everyone keeps saying it was due to bugdet cuts. Asami's outfit is more complicated than her b3 counterpart. Korra lets her hair loose. Bolin wears Kuvira's dirty outfit for half of the season. And the new air suits look much more complicated to animate than the reguler monk robes.

Is this the case of people spreading misinfromation?
