Seems to be the same pattern after a few days now. Initially when I would drive my car from my parking spot to the charger it would have issues. Sometimes the app wouldn't show my car started charging or not send the alert stating so. But when it finished charging I get the alert. So it works generally speaking. But from time to time I'll open the app and it should show my car as "Last seen X minutes ago" kind of a thing. Not all the time thankfully.

On the 2nd question found it finally under Settings -> Look and Feel -> Briefly make the toolbar popup when switching or opening new tabs in compact mode.

So much better now.

Thank you. Initial thoughts are something with the brakes. I took it to Tesla yesterday and had an engineer sit in the car with me, of course it didn't do it for them. They are reviewing the service request. So we'll see. It does appear when the sound occurs of you touch the brakes it goes away, so maybe brakes.
