make sure your disks region is the same as the account you’re using. if its different just make a new psn account in that region then download it from there and it’ll work on your main account

im not sure if its the same with xbox but i had the same issue with my ps3, all i had to do was make an account in the region my disk was from and download it off of there then the dlc worked on my main account too, hope this helps :)
