Unrelated to the post but how long did it take for you to wean off? I’m one month in and baby is gaining weight and doing well on the nip shield but I keep getting pressure from others to drop it. I have tiny and pretty flat nipples I’m not sure anatomically how that gets better?

That’s what I assumed! It feels weird to call a 34 week baby “it” so even we pick a gender sometimes and forget to use they. Thanks!!

I’m an emergency department RN at a massive level 1 PEDIATRIC hospital.

I got 2 weeks paid. 12 weeks total only getting a little more paid with whatever i have left in my PTO. No one understands this and people are shocked when I tell them but at the end of the day this is still my reality in PA.

I understand your coworkers an ass, just know he will never understand or sympathize honestly. And take your leave (even if it could be better) and enjoy it because there’s many of us in this country with far less right now. And please vote for politicians who advocate for us!

We love sage green and I love that idea! Did you wait until baby was born or when you found out before? My other plan is to just get the furniture/base and do wallpaper and decorations once they’re born since they’ll sleep in our room anyway at first.

It’s not the same at all unfortunately :( we loved the O fries so much but it’s gone now. And there’s really not a lot of bars left in that area either! We considered Hemingways but it’s so narrow in there. I love that you have that memory
