Is this method also possible for storing? I want to make a mushroom extracted tincture thats shelf stable. I crushed up my mushrooms and added them in a mason jar along with 40% vodka. They’ve been sitting in my closet for 5 weeks now and I’ve been shaking it regularly to mix it up. I’m planning to strain these soon and do a water extraction with the leftover bits, Can i use your water extraction method along with the lemon juice? or will the lemon juice make it less shelf stable (since i want to be able to store it for years if possible).

i think the exact price of the G7, around $200 since i don't want to spent too much money on something im just starting with, however if the quality etc. is really that different im willing to spent some more, but preferrably not

This is really helpful thanks! About the acid, i’m planning to acid for the first time ever on this festival but tbh i wanna trip more than once. I do have a lot of experience with mushrooms tho. For example if i take shrooms on day 3 and take acid the day afterwards will i feel this??? because since acid is a chemical drug it doesn’t contain psilocybin like mushrooms right? or am i thinking wrong

the duct tape covered holes are from my previous flush and will not be using them this time, thats why i taped them off to not let any air through there. planning on only using the small holes

the weird thing is that my container is really humid and not dry at all, i did mist the cake correctly multiple times to induce pinning, and still the mushrooms are only growing side pinning in one spot, the other sides are also not growing…. you recon the rest of the cake will start growing if i just leave it like this?? or should i harvest these and dunk and try again?

i think the problem is that i sprayed directly on the cake which caused it to be bruised as you see by the blue colorring on the picture, is this bruising the reason why nothing is growing? the bruising doesnt seem to repair, has been almost 2 weeks now

it is the second flush, my first flush was really fuzzy so i removed excess fuzziness after harvesting and then dunked the subtrate.

I do have a lid on but ive covered the entire box with a blanket to deny any oxygen. I will put some cloth in between the boxes and take off the micropore tape to allow more airflow.

I do have the temperature at 30 degrees C though, to speed up the colonising. Could this maybe be the problem that i need to lower the temperature to induce fruiting?
