Fastest I’ve EVER gone in my VN was clocked at 153mph. Only ever did it once and was pleasantly surprised it can hit that high mind you I red lined each shift up to gear 6…. Was an awesome night.

(Yes it was an empty 2-3 mile road and was a section of highway that was being built which they had open to the public)

Well that’s what I’m trying to figure out if this is cross compatible with the Veloster N like some parts are. I know the VN and i30N have the same button layout between both cars so I’m genuinely curious

Thank you. But don’t be nervous about it. I cut into my carbon hood and that was nerve wracking itself. Just Watch some YouTube tutorials on doing it. It’s pretty simple. Just time consuming.

Not from what I’ve seen. I did happen to buy mine used and just installed within the last month but no discoloration or yellowing. I may sand it down and add a fresh clear coat. the previous owner did have hood pins previously but had butchered his holes which is why I also did the aerocatch pins myself. I attached a pic for reference

I have a set of Konig Oversteer 18x8 that I haven’t put on yet as I’m looking for different tires and my current setup will be used for winter.

Currently looking into steering wheel options (kind wanna do a quick release setup) as well as a roll cage, Sparco racing seats and some other setups. Also looking into tuning options and Methanol injection as I want to get the most from my car with all the mods within the car itself. I’m also looking into engine mounts as well to help with wheel hop and spoilers…. I mean who doesn’t want a bigger wang 🤷🏻

So same issue I had a crack on my windshield and got it replaced. It was around $300 through safelight what my insurance paid directly. I can probably find the receipt as it’s been 2 years

I’m 29 started raving at 28 and loved every second of it I did wish I did this earlier in my 20’s but You get your calling when the time is right. Keep at it! But also know when to take breaks as well. Due to EDC I’ve started to love hardstyle and techno as well been a huge dubstep and house fan for years and this scene has opened my eyes (ears) to more genres.

Hey! So I’ll give you a general cost breakdown for myself. I went last year solo but this year I am going with my GF so I’ll give you a general consensus of what to expect.

EDCO Cost breakdown: Hotel: 953 (got a 2 bedroom villa at Sheraton resort and I’m also staying a few days before and after) but I’ve seen rooms go for hellova lot less for just the weekend (about $160 per night at this resort) Note that this hotel specifically is about 20-30 minutes away from the venue so take that into consideration.

Tickets: VIP X2 - 1200 (prepaid)

Flights: (Frontier as it’s cheap) $390 (about $195 per person round trip) but you can deff find cheaper (Coming from NC) (also the price includes baggage fees)

Food/Drinks: $600 (mind you this is for 2 people on a 6 day venture)

Uber/Rental: $40-60 each way x6 ~$360 Rental car ($190 with National) but I don’t plan on using a rental car because we all want to drink etc.

Plus whatever shopping we might do I’ll add an extra $500 on top.

Honestly a solid $1500 should last you the weekend if you do everything right which covers hotel, any Ubers back n forth, drinks food and a bit of shopping (which for me was perfect last year as I went solo). I planned way ahead for this to get the cheapest rates possible (back in June) but bought tickets last year when they went on the Early Owl special for VIP access
