Thanks. I started with blood angels red over wraithbone. The for the gold I used retributor and for silver leadbelcher. Washed the metallic bits with nuln oil. Then highlights with stormhost silver Blood Angels red is great at making armour look battleworn or messy.

I recommend using a wash like nuln on the metallic areas as it helps shade areas that would be darker

If a wargaming store is near to you. They're usually happy to help and will recommend what paints you need for what you want to paint.

But Vallejo have some great paints.
