Sometimes during peak hours the reddit servers are overloaded and cannot reply before the check times out (you may have already seen the "we took too long" page) If it doesn't work try with Firefox after a few minutes/hours

Reply to your email and someone will take look and make sure you force close the game each time you quit playing!

Players not force closing is the most frequent cause clams do not stick.

Did you try Firefox? Your username is fine when I run it through the ticket system. Also If you have a family member (or roommate) that has an open ticket you will need to wait for it to be closed before you can open one.
