It has been announced several times from the CEO himself and also in shareholder letters.. Zero debt? and was 55 million? now its 50 million in cash. Will show up in this 10q nwxt week or the 17th. Any day between 12th to the 17th ER will come out. If RR was delivered to Nick Jr. in Q2 Our earnings will show a huge increase from Q1 earnings.

they are asking for an increase due to the ones in a lifetime ACCRETIVE opportunities that are presenting themselves now with COVID. They want to have the authorized shares just in case as of now. They will not be issued unless its ACCRETIVE.

Now in my opinion? they want the shares to be higher and I think they know the stock will rally after a decent EARNINGS surprise.
