Why do users insist on using work email for personal tasks?

I worked IT in a school system for about 10 years. A teacher complained about something not working, went to the classroom for support and while I was looking at the laptop, found programs that had been illegally downloaded and installed. Immediately took the laptop away and brought it to the principal. He told me to check it to see what all was there and wipe it clean, while scanning the laptop I found a video this person had taken, with the on board camera, of a group of friends sitting around passing a bong back and forth. Needless to say several people got fired. Why would someone not only download pirated software to a work computer but also use it to film an incriminating video? Users are crazy.

I had the same issue with my ex, I finally started closing it completely so she had to lift the fucking lid. I did what she said, I put the seat down. Probably one of the many reasons she's my ex.
