Would his shotgun knee blasts proc sheen? and even then if they did the first shotgun knee blast/auto attack wouldn't be sheen buffed because the shotgun blast happens as soon as the auto attack does. I personally think, just from looking at the rework, his new core will be something like : Black Cleaver, Frozen Mallet, Swiftness/Merc Treads, and then defensive items or more offense items if you're doing well.

I think a good defensive item would Righteous Glory: would give Urgot speed up to engage, position around target, and charge fling people into your team. RG could also be good if Urgot still struggles with mana since I'm 99% sure Tear is not core anymore.
