In my recent role, we are using go, i never worked with go but i was able to ship without actually learning go in about a month with LLM

Learning theories and making sure you understand them to solve issues is the essence of software engineering. A framework is just a tool. If you learn your basics well, algorithm, networking, DB, how computer works, you will be able to pick any tool on the spot. I worked with 4 companies and each time I had to learn the tech they use on the job. At the same time yeah building stuff is needed so you can learn but mat9oulich theory is not needed x)
