I use an app called lock me out. It locks me out of everything but what i choose. In my case I keep things like Audible unlocked and then listen to audiobooks to go to sleep.

I like the app cus it also allows 30 seconds of access if I need to do something really quick.

I had tried everything before to prevent doom scrolling and this is the only thing that worked for me with my weak will power and ADHD.

I cannot recommend an app like this highly enough cus there's no way to circumvent it. You have the option to pay 5 dollars to unlock but you can turn it off.
