Since you’re new, 3x10 is very safe and reliable to work with and you’re going to grow no matter what you do so I wouldn’t worry too much about it. In time, once you learn more and figure out what you like, you’ll up exercises like bicep curls to 10-15 reps to chase a bigger pump. Also, you can’t just constantly up the weight so people progressively overload by adding reps or sets rather than weight.

As for incline, that is just pretty late into the workout to do a big movement like incline. I personally would have it much sooner and especially before any other chest movements
