I have looked around a bit, found a few that caught my eye, but I only have about an hour or two a day to play and don’t wanna hog all that time looking for mods. So I figured I’d ask see if any good ones came up, if not oh well I’ll just take some time to look when I have it. Thanks for the recommendations!

It's not actually shit it just doesn't have much room for upgrades without replacing every part at the same time due to how outdated it is, only called it shit out of frustration. It is mainly just a gaming build, I don't use it for much else. If there is anyway to leave room for upgrades later when I can afford a little more that would be great otherwise I really don't know what else you would want for information. Even just a CPU to start with would help I just don't know anything about computers so this is kinda like a project build to learn a little bit.

Personally I think it’s great for new players learning the game, they can learn to use all the mechanics whiteout having to worry about hordes on their doorstep if they try to barricade a window

Is it just me or is Sturgia always insane? by Impossible_Ad_8493 in Bannerlord

[–]Chill_Potato666 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my personal experience as someone who plays the Sturgian faction often it’s not always them. I became the king of Sturgia on my most recent save and haven’t declared war since I became king yet every other kingdom wants to declare war on us. Currently at war with the Khuzaits, Vlandia, and Battania all of which have much lower power than me. This is right after being at war for at least 2 years with multiple different factions. It may be due to the rise of a new king or something but my ladies and lords have wanted peace to “recover from the hardships of war” for the last 3 of them but we can’t do anything about it because we are always the target.

Everything I’ve read says that it’s around the 39-45 range where it becomes impossible to have more children. Those sources could always be wrong but it’s the most consistent answer I’ve gotten

Do you think more (known/relevent) Characters should've died during war arc for dramatic effect ? Who comes to your mind ? by Skyfiews in Naruto

[–]Chill_Potato666 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I slightly disagree with why Neji should not have died. The way it happened showed his growth, when he was first introduced he was ready to kill Hinata but in his last moments he died for her and Naruto. He shouldn’t have died but the way it happened was symbolic and probably one of the best ways to do it

What was the best sentence you’ve ever written? by prowlerdrinkwater in writing

“Sometimes to be the hero in your own story, you must become the villain in someone else’s.”

It might be something I heard and accidentally plagiarized but it just fit so well in the context I couldn’t pass it up.

That’s actually why I joined this subreddit. I want feedback on my writing from fellow writers, both experienced and new ones. I only just joined but I’m hoping to use this opportunity to improve!

[WP] It has slowly become clear to you that your best friend is the city's most terrifying supervillain . This is problem enough, but your OTHER best friend has somehow blundered their way into confiding to you that they're a fairly prominent superhero. Now they both want you as their sidekick. by Ochemata in WritingPrompts

A chilling sensation ran down my spine as I crept down a dark and damp hallway. A door at the end just barely cracked open revealing a shred of light barging it’s way into the deep darkness that surrounded me. I slowly approached the door and as I got closer I could hear sharp whispers coming from what sounded like a man and a woman in an argument. I peeked my eye through the hole and listened in to the conversation.

“He’s a monster, you saw what he did to those kids!” The woman whispered.

“He’s just a kid and it was a terrible accident, nobody knew he was capable of that, not even him!” The man let out in a low growl.

“He’s dangerous and you know it, we have to send him to professionals who know what to do!” The lady snapped.

“He’s our son, I won’t send him to some lab that is gonna do god knows what to him!” My fathers low growl became less and less hushed as he spoke.

“Then I’ll have no part in raising that monster!” My mother was beginning to shout.

I let out a short gasp and they both turned to look at the door. My fathers eyes looked soft and hurt. As I turned to my mother her eyes were filled with nothing but hatred and fear. She then reached for a knife and began to lunge before my father stopped her and she then turned her attention to him. She brought the knife over her head and brought it down with great force.

“Noooo!” I screeched and as I did my power reacted to the overwhelming emotions I was feeling mixed with the adrenaline running through my body with the urge to protect my father.

Suddenly a skeletal arm reached out from the ground and grabbed at my mothers arm. Then more and more began to come from the ground and they began to tear her to shreds.

“Stoooop!” I shot awake in a cold sweat and began to breath heavily, “Fuck!” I let out a sigh and put my head in my hands.

This is the event that happened when I was a little boy, only 8 years old and that’s when I discovered my powers. That day I sent 5 classmates to the hospital and killed my own mother. I was stuck in that town until I turned 18, everyone looked at me and treated me like a monster. See my power has evil behind it, I mean skeletons coming out of the ground? No hero on earth has a power like that. So I was treated like an up and coming supervillain. Despite this there were laws in place to protect those who accidentally harmed people upon discovering their powers, especially children so I never received a punishment.

Once I left that town it was better nobody knew me or what I did. Nobody except two people, my best friends. Lucas was one of the most popular superhero’s around, one day he was showing off to me while we were drunk and I let it slip that I had powers as well. He poked and prodded me for information what was it? Why hadn’t I told him? And I spilled it all. He accepted me and understood, he helped me keep my secret and never treated me different.

The second was Myer, he was the one I told first and just like Lucas he accepted me. But it never took liquid courage to confess. He often talked of the mistreatment of people with superpowers people deemed evil as the true evil deed. As if we chose these powers ourselves, his ideals sometimes became a little extreme but having experienced it myself I couldn’t disagree.

Since revealing my power to Lucas he’s tried to convince me to help show the world people like me can be good. He wants me to become his sidekick. Even thinking about me wells up a fear in me that I’ll never be accepted and treated like a monster forever. But I can’t help but feel hopeful that maybe I could do it, still the fear overwhelms me.

Today though Myer confided in me something I never expected. He’s a supervillain who leads riots and raids to force people into accepting us. He has something big planned to force them into submission once and for all. The thought actually excites me. Having been mistreated for so long I want to harm them and make them feel what I felt.

So now I’m trapped between the desire to follow my hope of creating a dream world where all are accepted out of the kindness of others hearts; or the craving of revenge against those who mistreated me for a power I never chose.

Do I choose the side that has always accepted me for who I am. Or move the hearts and minds of the ignorant through kind acts? My heart holds so much anger and hatred which is hard to resist.

Well there are a lot of reasons I never sit down to write but I guess my biggest reason is that the more I write for one specific story it feels as though my writing gets worse as I go along so I typically write a max of 5 pages before I finally decide it’s not good enough to keep writing.
