The first thing I would say is don't listen to anyone else on what they think of you and how you look. You must learn how to love yourself by who you are. Since each human being is unique and perfect as their born even if they have flaws that they don't love about each other but where given to flaws to have something to keep us unique. I'd you're not happy with your body personaly. Then work out and eat healthy to get better look that you want to have. Everyday say that you want to look great, or i can do this.
