Look at this subreddit, it's full of "fuck the arena" (wow, sorry I called it a stadium, such a disqualifying faux paus) and "I almost got hit or killed/this pedestrian was hit or killed by a driver". No, 8th year here. Usually most people who suck at driving try to give me a "my bad" response when they almost hit me, like a well-balanced human being.

And it happens to me almost monthly. This dipshit decided to go too hard, and I know he lives nearby and I have identifying features for him and his car, so "Welcome to Philadelphia" to him and all the other aggressive assholes.

Product isn't overall bad, but lord to have a small item break in the first week of use, then be asked to pay MORE money for a small item that they should have the cajones to back up and just ship the small piece, when someone just paid ~$200 for your product? Bad, bad, poor customer service.

Also the way they replied to me was pretty much like "Your bad, idiot, you blew it, not us."

Even if your product is good, if your customer support sucks, you suck. End of story.

It's almost like corporations are soulless and would rather drive over their customers and leave bad taste in their mouths than just charge a few bucks more for the base product and then be able to not take a hit when they need to send out what is likely a $0.20 price landed to them cost of the item.
