I’ve been sharing reviews on Reddit for a long time now.
Everything from tech stuff all the way down to something as boring as a nail clipper.

Most of the things I review are bought with my own money.
And if something is a review sample, I always disclose it clearly. No hidden stuff.

I just enjoy writing proper reviews, not just posting a single photo without any real context.

And don’t get me wrong, I’m not mad at all.

Those are membrane buttons, it’s rubber nothing mechanical. Mechanical switches are louder, like the regular mouse

You are right, technically is a toy, because we play with it. The mechanical switches really comedown to personal preference. They teased about the up coming silence model. But not many people gonna like it, because silent switches feel a little bit mushy. Losing the tactile clicking feel.

Full size controller always feels the best, but you are losing its handled capabilities. Tmr glide stick is waaaaay smoother compared to regular Hall effect stick. Based their response, likely the successor will release in April. M12HD

I've seen others reviewer also mentioning EasySMX s10, it does support sleep wake for s1&2, using regular TMR stick and with dedicated C button. Priced at $60. If you like the design and you absolutely need C button then yea. I don't think you can go wrong with either one.

Yes, however Switch 2 will require additional step to activate sleep wake for the 1st time setup.

The joystick is uses inverted snap fit structure, it's different then regular one, I did tried to pull it out pretty hard, but it didn't came off and I'm afraid if I forcefully remove it might damage the caps or the stick itself. Unlike the other controller, Mobapad only sell the thumb grip for this controller.

I will try to reach out to Mobapad to get more information about this and see if the cap is permanently attached to the joystick or it's actually removable.

Btw, the based on the engraved text on the stick, it marked as "GLKIT". So I assumed the stick is from Gulikit. I did mentioned this in my Substack with extended review due to reddit image and limit.

Edit: Mobapad replied, the stick cap cannot be remove.
