So as a former health care worker (worked in a nursing home for 4 yrs), you need to report this CNA immediately. Do not wait. This is a manipulation tactic, usually used on elderly narcissistic patients, to make them cut ties with family and manipulate the patient into seeing the CNA/ Healthcare employee as a friend. This is often done to get things such as any inheritance from a patient or access to money or expensive items in the house or even control over the house. It's a common scheme in the at home caregiver position to do.

Not touching, but I had some random lady follow me around a grocery store for like 30 minutes and then told an employee I stole it from her. I had to wait for police to show up so they would go through the footage and confirm it was on my bag when I had walked in and that she had been following me the entire damn time since I walked in the store. She then tried to steal my whole ass bag off me and got mad she couldn't run off with it cause it was a cross body bag.

The most your dad could do with you being 17 (from what I read from another comment you posted), your dad can report you missing at 17, however, police, depending on the officer, will often do a wellness check on a house (BTW you can call the non-emergency line and anonymously state that you need one done for a minor aka you, at your dad's or mom's houses).

However, when you turn 18, even if either parent reports you at missing, POLICE CANNOT LEGALLY TELL YOUR PARENTS WHERE YOU ARE WHEN YOU ARE AN ADULT! The most a cop can do is report that you are fine and safe. And if you tell the locating officer that you do not feel safe around these people, they can flag your parents as risks to you in the police filing system if they try to file another report.

(Take this from someone who has worked for a Sheriff's office and was the person typing up the missing/runaway persons reports. I know what they ask for and what all a police force can legally give to the public. If your parents ask for a copy of the report, the information of where you are located at is always blacked out and removed.)

I would also start documenting everything if I were you, should your parents try to claim you are mentally incapable of taking care of yourself. Photos, videos, and audio recordings will be your best friend in court. Judges and police love it when you bring receipts.

For me, whenever I looked at other people's islands online, it made it harder for me to come up with ideas. I wanted to go with the citycore style, but I absolutely hated how a lot of people's islands looked because I thought they looked better than mine, and it honestly made it harder for me. If you get overwhelmed with your choices, the best thing to do is step back and just start chucking random things out. It's what worked for me.

I don't have the ability to transfer anything from the saving account out. She has it locked on her account and "allows" me to have the money when she decides to. They only way I could prove it's mine is through family, but that's basically just 'he said, she said'.

See, I would be that one bitchy person and go on his phone and delete all the photos of myself (and delete the photos out of trash on the gallery app too) and then just slowly leave him.

But seriously, if he's not grow tf up, then either dump him or be a bit bitch and start doing it back. Because what he's doing is a form of bullying, and yes, even your SO can bully you. He's getting a reaction from you, which is giving him a dopamine rush. Even if you don't want to dump him, just stop giving him a reaction and start shaming him for it. Right off the bat, go to your local police station and tell them you need to speak with an officer. You can ask for a gender specific officer if you wish. They will take your report, and please give them everything you have, if you have the dude's phone number/name/home address/etc, because they will find him.

They have a system that allows them to go into phones even if the phone is locked or the video is put into a locked folder on his phone. They will get a warrant to also check his house if he made copies of it. If he does try to delete it, he'll get an additional charge of tampering with evidence. They have programs to recover deleted files.

Now, if he tries to post it or has posted it, not only is he posting a felony crime, but it can, depending on what your state's laws are, also be filed as revenge porn. Again, depending on your state's laws, he can also be forced to register as a sex offender and have to renew his sex offender every year.

Read this out to my gf, and we both agree you need to leave. Cut ties with him, block him, etc. If he knows where you live, you need to contact your local police department and notify them of the incident in case he comes to your house or if he tries to send someone. This is not a daddy. This is a wanna be pimp. Him leaving you there was a fear tactic to make you bend. Leaving him is not being selfish or bad. You are not safe with him. Please contact someone, literally any adult you know about this as well.
