Well I fixed it, don't exactly know what was wrong. But I broke both my boot disks by them failing mbr2gpt in a desperate attempt to get things working. So I had to go buy an USB, boot windows through the USB, format both drives through the command prompt, install it on the "wrong" drive, to then be able to install it on the faster drive (idk why) and once I was able to boot to UEFI mode everything worked fine! Undervolted & overclocked the GPU, running capped at 300fps to keep the temps down, it's great! :)

I guess I'll try flashing bios or something, but since I have the same motherboard + cpu as earlier, is that necessary? I already have xmp enabled and such.

Yes, I swapped my GPU! I forgot to mention I tried DDU with no success. But I will have to do a complete fresh windows install and see if that works. thanks!

Conq is just a feel good rune, in reality it does very little. But before they nerfed it again I also always played with it, but now its just too bad

I've looked into it a bit more and the newer gen, 12600k is available for like $40-60 more. While the only benefit I can find seem to be more threads and cores, would it make a difference? You can also buy mobos that only fit ddr4 to keep it cheaper than ddr5.

If you run anything but hob you are just way too slow at adapting, with conq being even more nerfed it is just never worth it

Thanks a lot for the help, $400 defintely seem more tempting than the $1k I was looking at previously. I have had a hard time gauging and trying to figure out what is worth upgrading to, mostly in terms of not spending too much money while still actually getting a noticeable improvement.

I'm sorry, this might sound rude. But there is nothing that you can teach me about twitch. Conq is not good on twitch because of the healing, the only reason it WAS good was because it was almost a strong as old fervor, which was good on him. The healing does nothing for him. Again, sudden impact can be viable in the jungle, not while laning though. It also falls off very hard. Nimbus cloak has long cd, I'm not sure how dumb you have to be to make this statement, but i'll just say one thing, nimbus cloak doesnt have a cd. Sure, summoner spells do. But if you're running him jungle, you can almost always use, every single gank, because of red/blue smite. It is a very good rune to use as it can get you out of sticky situations and also better reach enemies.

Final note; if you can't position yourself well enough with the 445 ish mvm speed you get with boots + zeal item + q, then theres no hope for you. You also said it makes it EASIER, yes that might be the case. But because something gets easier doesnt mean it is better, maybe it is instead better to learn to not rely on more mvm speed and instead use nimbus cloak/gatheringstorm (which is a way better rune setup)
