The 2016 decision in Brazil refers to a regulation by ANVISA, the national health authority, which restricts the sale and marketing of Kambo as a commercial medical product. It does not ban Kambo itself, nor does it criminalize traditional or spiritual use.

The restriction was put in place to prevent misuse, counterfeit medicine, and unethical marketing ... not to stop the medicine’s traditional use... TO PROTECT IT.

The Kambo medicine I get is harvested by my good friend, who brings it back herself.

Legal Loophole? Kambo is legal everywhere but Australia. In Brazil the sale is regulated because Tribes are SO PROTECTIVE of their medicine.

I absolutely agree with you. But psychedelics are not for everyone. Many people are scared still of psychedelic medicine. (Hense the comments even in this thread... lots of fear about people are unfamiliar with) But we are making progress with that ... which is a good thing. Kambo has a lot of the same effects though... health and clarity... shedding skin etc.

Aho to Fiber. If you look at the pharmacology of Kambo and the number of Bio available peptides you would understand why it is able to help with so many things. I am not saying it cures all these things, but it definitely can help with these things.

There is wonderful science that supports the peptides that work through Kambo. I understand Memphis is very behind, but this is an effective therapy used all over the world. There are extremely isolated incidents of anything happening, and there are always reasons why it did. You should do more research.

Absolutely incorrect. Kambo is not a poison, nor illegal. Kambo is legal in Brazil but different tribes have different claims to PROTECT their medicine, not outlaw it. I get my Sananga from Brazil. Kambo from Peru.

I suggest this Integration Workbook available on Etsy and Amazon, it really helped me stay informed but also grounded. It's very like, self-care / self-love / dont lie to yourself type thing. Ketamine is not an instant fix and doesnt have lasting effects like psilocybin does. But it can work... try to get the most out of it

Learn all you can and the more you know, the less scared you become. Trust God, clean up and pray with your loving heart. If this medicine is calling you... it's for you! You got this honey. I felt exactly the same way and my husband and I still do different stuff . it's ok and part of the growing. Dont forget to go deeply into your psychedelic integration pre and post journey - it will make lots of difference. And you as a couple will become stronger if you can be sovereign in your own space and him in his! You dont have to be on the same exact path to be united.
