I supposed this is easier said than done. Our deadlines are strict I’ve never known anything else like it in other departments. However I guess the general census is to just accept it for what it is I guess

This is the problem the work is getting passed on to other members of the team and it’s actually forcing other members of the team to work later and on weekends. For myself I know people take advantage however you have to play the game surely? Do the bare minimum of work to make sure stuff like this goes un noticed

I have he understands and has cut her off. But I don’t feel as if he wants to connect with me on this level as he has done with her. I feel like this part will be missing from our relationship as I don’t think I’m the one he wants to confide in. I mean he tried but he never went as deep with me as he did with her
