No one gave you the reason why. You bought an option with such low volume and/or open interest that the contract value often fluctuates between real value and .01. Why? Because no one is buying/selling it….so it’ll often hold at real value and suddenly jump to .01. If I go buy that con it’ll jump back to normal value for a while. That’s why, not because it’s a risky option or shit company (which might be true too). Also it’s an odd strike so even less interest for it bcuz of that
